You don't know much then, since ArenaNet stated in an interview (a fan friday, I believe) that they really don't mind. They also said they made it possible intentionally. Why else is Dreadnaught's Drift or Lornar's pass even there?

This is of course different than say, being run through Sanctum Cay or Elona Reach, but making the armor have level requirements is a step backwards, in my opinion.

As for being run taking all the fun out of it, I can assure you playing through the exact same missions and quests 7 times is NOT fun. At all.

That is not an old screenshot as far as I can see.
Although the ddate is 2004 but the interfaceis the current one.
If you look at old screenshots the interface used to look different.
